At VIP Trip Deals, we value our customers’ satisfaction and try our best to provide a high-quality vacation experience club membership. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you would like to cancel your membership. Please take note of our cancellation policy outlined below.
- Non-Refundable Membership Fee: Please be advised that the annual membership fee of $199 is non-refundable once payment has been processed. We cannot offer refunds on membership fees under any circumstances.
- Cancellation Process: If you wish to cancel your membership and not renew for the following year, you must submit a support ticket to our support team advising us of your decision. In the email, please include the following information:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your account
- Membership ID number (if applicable)
- Reason for the cancellation request (this helps us improve our services)
- Cancellation Notice: To ensure that your membership is properly canceled, we ask that you send your cancellation email at least 30 days before your membership renewal date. Any cancellation request received within 30 days of the renewal date may not be processed in time, and you may be charged for the next annual membership.
- Membership Benefits: Upon cancellation, all membership benefits, including access to exclusive vacation deals and discounts, will be terminated at the end of your annual membership. You will not be able to utilize any remaining benefits or promotions after the end of your annual membership.
- Reinstating Membership: If you change your mind and wish to reinstate your membership after canceling, you will need to pay the annual membership fee of $199 again, as your previous fee is non-refundable. Please click here to contact our support team to reinstate your membership.
